Having been involved in the design and production of IoT devices since 2016, we have accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise, along with the production of nearly half a million devices. Now, we are delighted to pass on the benefits of this experience to our customers.
By offering a five-year warranty, we provide our customers with an additional layer of assurance regarding the quality of our devices. It is important to note that this extended warranty period is not a common practice within the industry. As our IoT devices have the potential for an exceptionally long lifecycle, this new warranty emphasizes their durability and serves as a testament to our commitment to meeting customer demands.
